An invitation, a list or a PDF goes to every parent at once. Recipients never see each other, and the file stays with the message until you send it.

See who has paid without reading a label
No “paid” and “unpaid” captions. Debt is red, a settled bill is blue, and an overpayment is orange. You can also open one player and see every bill of theirs at once.
