One email to the whole group
A tournament invitation, an equipment list or a schedule does not get typed out for every parent. You pick who it goes to, add a file and save. When you are ready, one click and the message reaches everyone.

- The file stays with the message: PDF, image, Word or Excel. You do not hunt for it again before sending
- Addresses stay hidden. Each person gets their own email and does not see who else is on the list

Logs
See who did what
Someone added a player, sent a mail or changed a bill. If something looks wrong afterwards, open the logs. They say who did it and when, without asking around the group.
